Field Rules

enclosed dog field Suffolk

All users must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to use

Go Off Lead can be accessed via the main entrance of Culford Equestrian Centre please drive in slowly and follow the track to the right where you will find the field, you will be required to open and close the gates before parking.

Please do not feed the horses under any circumstances, this includes grass.

The paddock is surrounded by 6 foot high fencing attached to wooden posts. If your dog can jump high fences or is likely to dig themselves out, then the paddock may not be appropriate for them.

Please refrain from trying to retrieve any dog toys that have gone through the fence please call 07557129681 and if staff are available they will go and collect them for you.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time.
Please do not enter the field before your booked session time and check the field is empty before entering.
Drive into the field and lock the gate behind you. 
Please do not get dogs out of vehicles until the previous session user has finished and safely loaded their dogs. 
Please do not take/ allow your dog to go towards the equestrian centre this is strictly a no dog zone. Any problems please call.
We are a working livery/ riding school therefore please be aware that there maybe horses being worked in the arena or neighbouring fields drive in slowly, keep dogs on leads and head straight to the field.
Dogs must be kept on leads until safely inside the secure field and the gate closed. 
Please make sure the field gate is closed immediately upon entering and leaving the field. 
Please ensure you walk the perimeter of the field, to ensure it's suitability for your dog/s before letting him/her off the lead for the first time.
The Client should be aware that the ground is uneven in places and caution must be taken and the Client is advised to wear sensible and appropriate footwear to suit the grounds and conditions.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
Please do not climb on fencing or gates. 
Please ensure you have your dog(s) back in your vehicle 5 minutes before the end of your session. 
No extension is allowed for any late arrival to the field. 
No refunds will be given to those that don’t turn up to their booked session
 
EQUIPMENT:
Go Off Lead is not liable for any death, damage, injury or loss to any person or animal while using the facility or the equipment within it, or to any third party as a result of any person or dog.
The equipment is for dog use only. 
Do not use equipment in wet or icy conditions as surfaces become slippery and may injure the dogs. 

Please bring  your own BIODEGRADABLE poo bags ( There will be some provided if you forget)
All dog excrement MUST be picked up and then placed in the dog poo bin. It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog.
It is recognised that due to the nature of the field it is possible you might not see where your dog has pooed. If you do happen to come across a poo that someone else has missed please pick it up, hopefully by doing this we can keep the field in a clean condition for all users. 
Please do not drop litter anywhere. Please take it home to dispose of it.
 
DOGS:
Owners MUST have their own dog insurance and take full responsiblity.
Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog at all times, so that you are aware of what you pet is doing and that they are safe. 
Dogs must be refrained from digging where possible.
All dogs using the field must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date or have been titre tested. 
No choke chains, electronic collars or harsh handling.
If your dog is ill or has been ill within the last 48 hours of your session time, please re-schedule your session.
In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s)’ safety whilst at the field and at our premises. The law states that we should be in control of our dogs at all times.
To ensure safety and security standards, dog trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
To ensure safety and security standards, professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
All dogs using the field are known to each other and are already socialised with each other.
You confirm it is only your own dog(s) coming to Go Off Lead secured field unless you have booked a group session.
You confirm you will not be using the field in any professional capacity unless agreed by Go Off Lead it is only for personal use only.

SESSIONS:
Each session starts on the hour or half hour and lasts for 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
30 minute sessions – 25 minutes use of the field and 5 minutes to get your dog/s back in the car.
60 minute sessions – 55 minutes use of the field and 5 minutes to get your dog/s back in the car.

THE FIELD:
The field closing time will change throughout the year (we do have lights for when it is dark).
During winter months the field may be muddy.

BOOKINGS:
We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
Bookings are non transferable. The person who makes the booking should be present at the session. Anyone else in attendance should be made aware of the Terms and Conditions.

DATA:
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties. 

REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for cancellations.
No refunds are given for no-show to session booking.
We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.

DISCLAIMER:
We are in the process of changing the bottom mesh. We can not guarantee that toy/mini breeds will not get out. We are secure in the fact that you will not meet any other people/dogs. Responsibility falls to the owners to make the decision on whether to let their dogs off.
